Beata Drzazga

An entrepreneur and business advisor. Founder and President of BetaMed S.A., the largest medical company in Poland in the field of long-term care, also providing services for patients requiring mechanical ventilation, as well as operating specialist outpatient clinics, primary healthcare (POZ), and more. Owner of the fashion brand Dono da Scheggia, Drzazga Clinic (laser therapy clinic), BetaMed International, and BetaInvest Miami LLC. Between 2010 and 2017, she was also the owner of BetaNest Electronics, a company operating two electronics stores in Miami.

An expert in management and a speaker at numerous economic and medical conferences in Poland and abroad. She inspires and advises others in business development. Co-author of scientific publications in the field of healthcare. Dean for Development at the Medical Faculty of the Wojciech Korfanty Upper Silesian Academy in Katowice.
She serves, among others, as the Plenipotentiary of the President of Employers of Poland, Vice President of the National Association of Mechanical Ventilation Service Providers, Director of the Polish–American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, and previously served as Director of the American–Polish Chamber of Commerce in the USA (five-year term). She is a co-organizer and participant in economic missions between Nevada and Poland and holds the title of the First Business Ambassador of Nevada. Vice Chairwoman of the Business Security Committee at the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice.

Executive MBA (BCC). Graduate of, among others, the Upper Silesian School of Commerce in Katowice, the University of Gdańsk, and the Silesian Medical University in Katowice.

Andrzej Sadowski

Founder and President of the Adam Smith Center – the first independent think tank in Poland (est. 1989). Co-founder of the Research Team on Conservative and Liberal Thought at the University of Warsaw (1984–1989) and the Adam Smith Economic Studies Team (1986–1989). Co-founder and board member of the Warsaw Economic Society (1986–1989). Co-founder (with Mirosław Dzielski and Aleksander Paszyński) and board member of Akcja Gospodarcza (1988–1989). One of the founders (1996) and a board member of Transparency International Poland (until 2003).

Member of the National Development Council to the President of the Republic of Poland during two terms (2009–2010 and 2015–2020).
Member of the Scientific Council of the Entrepreneurship Research Center of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (since 2009).
Chairman of the Board of the Together in Illness Foundation (since 2014).

In 2014, he was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the President of Poland for promoting entrepreneurship.

Stanisław Kluza

Economist, PhD in economics. In 2006, he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance in the government of Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz, and later as Minister of Finance in the government of Jarosław Kaczyński. The first Chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (2006–2011).

Waldemar Tevnell

Graduate of the University of Gdańsk and IESE Business School – University of Navarra. Main initiator and co-founder of the daily newspaper Puls Biznesu and the biweekly Puls Medycyny. Co-creator of conferences organized by Bonnier Business Publishing, featuring global figures such as Bill Clinton, Steve Forbes, Cherie Blair, Madeleine Albright, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

In 2003, he was awarded the title of Manager of the Year by Bonnier Business. Since 2007, he has been actively leading WTC Strategy Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, public and media relations, business development, and crisis management. His clients include companies such as Ringier Axel Springer Polska and EY. He has also served on supervisory boards of publicly listed companies, including ABG Ster-Projekt S.A. and BIOTON S.A.

Paweł Komar

One of the most recognizable representatives of the younger generation of managers in the financial sector. The second youngest board member of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Awarded the TOP MANAGER title in the Polish financial industry in 2016.

Associated with publicly listed financial companies since 2006, he has been responsible for various management and project areas, while also building several organizations from the ground up. His main responsibilities include strategy, development, scaling of enterprises, and sales. He has served on supervisory boards of companies in the banking and insurance sectors, investment fund companies, and private equity funds.

A graduate of the University of Wrocław and the Warsaw School of Economics (Management and Finance), as well as an MBA (Executive Studies) from Kozminski University in Warsaw. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Financial Intermediary Companies. Professionally passionate about new technologies and start-ups, he is also an entrepreneur and investor.
