The most decorated Polish female boxer, a professional world boxing champion, and a multiple-time world and European champion in kickboxing. She began her sports career at the age of 15. After just six months of training, she won a gold medal at the Polish Championships, and two years later became the youngest senior World Champion in history. In 1994, she won the European Professional Championship, followed by the World Championship a year later. In the following years, she claimed the world title three more times. Between 2000 and 2005, Agnieszka Rylik fought eighteen professional boxing matches, winning seventeen of them. As one of the few women in the world, she fought in iconic boxing venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York and Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

For many years, Agnieszka has also been associated with television as a sports commentator. For 11 years, she hosted her own sports segment on Dzień Dobry TVN. She has appeared in film roles, including Juliusz Machulski’s Superprodukcja and 48 Hours in the Life of a Woman by Iga Cembrzyńska. She also starred in Patryk Vega’s hits Pitbull: Dangerous Women and Botoks. She is the author of the book Knockout. The Story of a Female Boxer, which has received awards and has been reprinted three times.
