She provides comprehensive legal services for business activities and companies (formation, development, and liquidation), drafts commercial contracts in both domestic and international transactions, advises on financing of investment projects and enterprises (loans, bonds, etc.), handles matters related to competition law and state aid, and provides legal support in real estate transactions.
