A graduate of the ZNP College of Education in Warsaw. With over 20 years of experience in business and 15 years in the training, employer branding, and event management industries. She is the creator and organizer of numerous conferences dedicated to IT solutions and systems focused on process optimization, particularly in sales, customer service, and HR.
For many years, she has supported companies in recruitment processes and implemented advanced development projects dedicated to managers in the areas of “soft” management and organizational culture building, including projects related to the development of HR strategies within organizations. She designs and delivers solutions for companies based on outsourcing HR-related tasks, aimed at improving processes and optimizing costs.
For the past 15 years, she has served as President and Managing Director of CE&B. As a training broker, CE&B cooperates with over 300 qualified experts from various fields whose knowledge and experience support CE&B’s clients. The company also specializes in organizing all types of events, including team-building activities, galas, corporate ceremonies, and business events. A significant number of projects have been delivered for industries such as finance and insurance, IT, and healthcare.
