Scope of Personal Data Processed by the Controller

The scope and categories of personal data processed are directly related to the data source from which the data was obtained.

Your personal data was obtained from business partners of MBH Sp. z o.o. S.K.

The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data:

  • first and last name,

  • email address,

  • telephone number.


Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is solely to pursue the legitimate interests of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely to inform you about an organized event or meeting.

The collected data will not be disclosed to third parties. The only possible recipients of personal data may be institutions authorized to receive such data under applicable law.


Retention Period for Personal Data

The collected personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the Controller’s legitimate interest in informing you about an organized event or meeting, as well as to comply with statutory archiving obligations arising from applicable law, including accounting regulations.
In the event of claims, your personal data will be processed until the expiration of the relevant limitation periods under the Civil Code. After the expiry of the above periods, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

The collected data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
