Today’s event organized by MBH Sp. z o.o. S.K. is being documented in the form of a photographic and/or video report. Please be informed that participation in this event constitutes consent granted to the event organizer, i.e. MBH Sp. z o.o. S.K., with its registered office in Warsaw at al. Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000661808, NIP: 5252697173, REGON: 366489463, for the dissemination of your image in materials and coverage related to this event.
If you do not consent to the use of your image, please avoid posing for the camera.

Furthermore, we inform you that the event constitutes a public event within the meaning of Article 81(1)(2) of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Accordingly, the dissemination of your image as part of a broader whole recorded during the event does not require separate consent.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is MBH Sp. z o.o. S.K., with its registered office in Warsaw at al. Jana Pawła II 22, 00-133 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000661808, NIP: 5252697173, REGON: 366489463.

  2. The collected personal data may be transferred, for the purpose described below, to companies responsible for producing event coverage.

  3. The data will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  4. The data will not be subject to profiling.

  5. Providing personal data is, in principle, voluntary.

Event participants have the right to access their personal data and to request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR of 27 April 2016.
