He has been associated with the insurance market for over 25 years, during which time he has gained comprehensive knowledge of the industry—initially from the client’s perspective (as a broker from 1991 to 1997), and later “on the other side of the business” within insurance companies.

Together with a Canadian partner, he co-founded the first brokerage firm on the Polish market specializing in life insurance. He actively participated in laying the foundations of the Polish Brokers Association (currently SPBUiR). In several insurance companies (including Commercial Union—now AVIVA, Allianz, and Norwich Union), he was primarily responsible for direct sales, building sales networks and structures, recruitment, training, and managing large nationwide sales organizations, as well as co-creating new insurance products.

Immediately prior to returning to the brokerage profession (2010–2014), he focused on learning about and shaping a new, specific quality on the Polish market—health insurance. Despite his ability to operate efficiently across all industries and sectors in the area of property and financial risk insurance, his strongest and undisputed expertise lies in large, tailor-made group life insurance and group health insurance programs designed specifically for individual enterprises.

He is the author of one of the first books promoting the idea of insurance in Poland, as well as numerous press publications in daily newspapers and periodicals such as Gazeta Bankowa, Puls Biznesu, Asekuracja, and MBA Manager. As a mentor, he shares his experience and knowledge in areas including sales (building sales teams), sales management at various levels, negotiations, communication, and advisory support in building one’s own business and personal brand.
