A manager of companies from both the private sector and State Treasury sector, with experience in cooperation with international clients, finance departments, and management boards of multinational capital groups, as well as in managing companies at the board level.

He has extensive experience in strategic management, finance, and accounting. An expert in financial and management controlling, with experience in comprehensive supervision of all financial processes in companies of various profiles, including the preparation of transfer pricing (TP) documentation. He is the author of implemented corporate strategies, controlling processes, cost, tax (VAT, CIT, ZUS), and management optimizations, as well as financial standards and procedures.
He has proven expertise in the effective implementation of financial and accounting systems, BI, ERP, and CRM solutions, confirmed by a qualification certificate from the Ministry of Finance authorizing him to provide accounting services.
He is a member of the FINEXA Association of Financial Directors, the Interim Managers Association, and the Association of Accountants in Poland.
