In connection with the legal changes resulting from the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), we would like to inform you of the most important changes.
The new regulations require, among other things, the implementation of a clear information policy and notification of the purposes, duration, and scope of the processing of your personal data.

What Is the Purpose and Legal Basis for the Processing of Your Personal Data?
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the Data Controller processes personal data where at least one of the following conditions is met:

the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;

processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;

processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data.
MBH Sp. z o.o. S.K., with its registered office in Warsaw, processes your personal data primarily for the purpose of organizing events and meetings.
In other cases, personal data is processed solely on the basis of the consent granted, within the scope and for the purpose specified in the content of such consent. The legal basis for processing personal data is your consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Is the Provision of Personal Data Mandatory?
The provision of a specific scope of personal data, which is required in order to participate in an event or meeting, is mandatory to enable the Controller to perform obligations imposed by applicable law.
In other cases, in particular with regard to telephone number, email address, and image, you decide whether to grant consent to the processing of such data by the Controller. Providing this data is therefore voluntary.
What Rights Do You Have in Relation to the Data Controller?
We guarantee the full exercise of your rights arising from the GDPR, including the right to:

request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;

object to the processing of your personal data;

data portability;

withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by MBH Sp. z o.o. S.K. is not compliant with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Recipients of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be disclosed to:

auditors, legal advisors, PR agencies, and contractors performing service-related activities, subject to confidentiality obligations arising from contracts or applicable law;

Furthermore, your personal data may be disclosed on the basis of previously concluded data processing agreements (compliant with Article 28 GDPR) and applicable legal provisions that may impose an obligation on the Data Controller to disclose such data.
How Long Do We Store Your Personal Data?
Your personal data will be used until the completion of the purposes specified above and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by applicable law.
Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until such consent is withdrawn.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries or International Organizations
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
